Although we take certain steps to insure the accuracy of our services we do not guarantee that any estimates, proposals or other items prepared with our software meet all guidelines as may be established by any third-parties. A site review and detailed quote from a qualified professional is necessary to define the needs, costs and benefits associated with an energy system installation. Information You Provide to Us
Upon using our services, you will be prompted to disclose certain information about yourself and your company.
Purpose of Information Collected
We collect information from this Web site for the purpose of running a business to offer energy system estimating and customer/sales tracking that is private to each account holder(s). We collect and use information necessary for us to offer these services and to maintain the security of our site.
Information entered by account holders is private to that account holder. Personally identifiable information (PII) such as customer details or specific proposal data are not shared or disclosed outside the account holder and its assigned/approved users. Where appropriate, the account holder has the option to allow (or dis-allow/opt-out) the sharing of selected aggregate information with other account holders. For example utility rates and incentive program details can be shared across account holders. The purpose of any such sharing is to make this service easier to use and more accurate for all account holders. Aggregate data may be disclosed, such as the number of times an incentive or rate was used or copied, and how recently it was updated. To prevent the exchange of information which may be competition-sensitive, no personally-identifiable information is shared.
Special Editions ("white-label" branded versions) are managed for OEM & Distributor partners who have access to the contact information of account holders to any such Special Edition. To prevent the exchange of any information which may be competition-sensitive, no other personally-identifiable information (such as customer contact data held within accounts) is shared with any such Partners. Partners may be provided aggregate data of account holder activity under any such Special Edition. No account-holder login details are shared with any such Partners.
Integrated Service Providers ("ISP") are organizations with which we have a formal partnership or similar relationship which integrates their product or service into our software platform. For example, to allow streamlined financing for customers being quoted through our software platform. We may periodically share contact information of account holders in order to help train or otherwise assist account holders with use of the ISP's product or service. To prevent the exchange of any information which may be competition-sensitive, no other personally-identifiable information (such as customer contact data held within accounts) is shared with any such ISP unless authorized by the account holder.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site or our Company.
Security of Private Information
Our site uses SSL encryption using an Equifax security certificate to protect sensitive information online. We take several precautions to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information has restricted access. Only persons authorized by us and who require the information to perform a necessary task are granted access to personally identifiable information. Off-site data backups are provided to prevent any unintended loss of data. These data backups are encrypted for added security.
We do not store any credit card, debit card or bank account information in our database. We transmit it securely to our payment processor but we do not store your credit card, debit card or bank account number(s). By the act of not having such account number(s) on file, this information is kept secure.
We may periodically contact you using your email, address or phone number. Such communications would only be performed if we need to communicate with you about our services. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any other individuals or organizations, except in the specific and limited cases of OEM & Distributor partners and Integrated Service Providers, as explicitly described above ("Information Sharing").
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, and gather general demographic information. Log information is kept for security reasons. That data is used to prevent or discover a hacker or security breech and will not be used for other purpose.

For example, thanks to cookies you do not have to log-in repeatedly (from Web page to Web page). A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser.
